Cancellation & Refunds
Last updated 27 September 2026
How to cancel a Clubenza subscription, what happens to the rest of the month, and who to ask about dues your family paid to a club.
Paid dues to a club? That refund is the club's
Clubenza never receives your club's dues. When a family pays dues, the money goes directly into that club's own Stripe account. We are the software the club uses; we are not a party to the payment and we cannot refund it.
To ask about a dues payment, a refund, or a payment you do not recognize, contact your club directly — reply to the email the club sent you, or use the contact form on its website. If the club needs help finding the payment, it can ask us.
Cancelling a club subscription
You can cancel at any time from your club's billing settings, or by emailing us. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your club's site and workspace keep working until then, and the subscription is not renewed afterwards.
Monthly subscription refunds
Monthly subscription fees are not refunded for partial months. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the current one, because you keep the service for the rest of the period.
Two exceptions, and we apply them readily:
- Billed in error. If we charged you after you cancelled, or charged the wrong amount, we refund it in full.
- A prolonged outage. If Clubenza was unavailable for a significant part of a billing period through our fault, tell us and we will refund that period in full or in part.
If you subscribed and haven't used the service, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it. We would rather refund a club that isn't a fit than keep its money.
Concierge setup fee
The one-time 299 USD concierge setup fee is fully refundable before we start work. Once setup is under way it is refundable in proportion to what remains undone. Once your club's site is launched, it is not refundable.
Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, we retry it over several days and email you. Your club's site stays online while we do — a card expiring should not take a club's website down mid-season. If payment remains unresolved after our retries, we may suspend the account until it is settled.
How to reach us
