What it manages

Everything the business side of a youth sports club runs on.

Most clubs manage registration in one tool, dues in another, the website in a third, and the roster in a spreadsheet. Clubenza is one system for the club, so the data stays together and nobody re-types a family’s details.

Online registration

Season registration, tryout interest forms, and waivers live on your club website and feed straight into your rosters.

Dues collection

Families pay dues, deposits, and fees by card. Money lands in your club's own Stripe account and the roster marks itself paid.

Club website

Teams, schedules, tryouts, news, sponsors, and contact pages on your own domain, in your colors, kept current from the dashboard.

Teams and rosters

Roster offers with deadlines, online acceptance, and one view of who has accepted, paid, and signed.

Team gear

One gear page with your approved uniforms and accessories, so every player shows up in the same kit.

Sponsors

A sponsor section on the site and a place to track who supports the club each season.

Who it’s for

Organizations, not leagues or single teams.

  • Travel baseball and softball organizations

Multiple age groups, tryouts every season, deposits and balances to collect.

  • Youth clubs in any sport

Rugby, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball: the registration and dues flow is the same.

  • Nonprofit and parent-run boards

A single system the next board can inherit, instead of one volunteer's spreadsheet.

Where it isn’t the right fit

Honest about the edges.

League platforms are built for scheduling hundreds of teams. Team apps are built for the group chat. Clubenza is built for the organization in between: a club with several teams, dues to collect, and a website that should look like the club.

  • –Recreational leagues that schedule hundreds of teams (use league software)
  • –A single team that only needs a group chat and a schedule (use a team app)
  • –Game scoring and live stats (keep GameChanger; your site links to it)

Pricing

One flat fee. Your dues stay yours.

Most registration platforms are free to the club and charge families on every payment. Clubenza charges the club a flat monthly price instead. Families pay your dues into your Stripe account, and the only fee is Stripe’s own card processing.

Questions clubs ask

Before you apply.

Clubenza started as the system Josh built to run AZ Slayers, his own travel baseball club in Arizona. Founding clubs get the same thing on their own domain, and a direct line to the person building it.

Is Clubenza registration software or a website builder?
Both, on purpose. The registration forms, roster offers, waivers, and dues checkout are part of the club website, so families register where they already look for your tryouts and schedules, and the admin dashboard is where you manage all of it.
Does Clubenza take a cut of dues?
No. Clubs pay a flat monthly subscription. Families pay dues into the club's own Stripe account, and the only per-payment fee is Stripe's card processing.
What does setup involve?
Send a logo, your colors, and your team list. Founding clubs get the site, registration flow, and dues collection built for them, then review it and go live. Most clubs are collecting through it within a week.
Do families have to download an app?
No. Everything a family does, from registering to accepting a roster offer to paying dues, happens on the club website in their phone's browser.
Can we keep our domain?
Yes. Your club site runs on your own domain with your branding. Clubenza stays in the background.
